Faith Vance joined the 3rd Base Home Team originally in March of 2010, as an Asset Sales & Leasing Associate specializing in both residential & commercial Real Estate. After a year-long internship in a commercial brokerage, she has returned to 3rd Base with a greater knowledge of the full Real Estate market. Faith is a credible and motivated REALTOR® with over sixteen years of experience in the Real Estate industry and a background in sales and marketing. She is known to thrive in a results-driven environment and has a strong track record of delivering high quality customer service. She continues to educate herself in the ever-changing real estate market, attending the Graduate REALTOR Institute, completing The Commercial Real Estate Training Program through Arizona School of Real Estate, and attending Chamber of Commerce meetings in the West Valley. Faith has been a part of the City of Buckeye Leadership training program, and completed the City of Goodyear LEAD program, both of which allow for extreme knowledge in her local market. Continuing Education and area knowledge is a primary focus to give her an edge in the field. In the first year of her real estate career as a residential Realtor, Faith was nominated for her local association's Top Sales Awards, and has been repeatedly since. She thoroughly enjoys the aspect of having a large impact on her local community through her career. By encouraging residential & commercial growth, she feels she can be a positive influence in her community, leaving a lasting impression on a growing area. Faith has specialized in the Verrado area for the last several years, and has done over 350 Verrado specific sales and leases in her career. Knowing the area, and specializing in a specific community has made her one of the top local agents in the West Valley of Phoenix. Faith has become very involved in local charity work, volunteering for New Life Community Center, and being involved in various charitable events as a member of the Arizona Business Women Group.

Married to her high school sweetheart and the mother of two wonderful sons and a beautiful daughter, Faith loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys all things sports related, photography, and traveling. Originally from Ohio, Faith and her husband are huge Ohio State, Cleveland Guardians, Cavs, & Browns fans, and love the opportunity to watch the Guardians in Goodyear for Spring Training. Being an Arizona resident in Litchfield Park, they make it a priority to enjoy every aspect of the Arizona weather and terrain, and spend as much time outside, as possible.

With 5 years of experience in the real estate market, including property management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and wide range of skills. Having resided in and loved both the West and East Valley of Phoenix, she offers a keen understanding of the local neighborhoods. Samantha strives to make real estate transactions smooth, successful and enjoyable for all her clients. When not assisting clients, Samantha enjoys raising her two young daughters and traveling with them and her husband.

Will Vance has been in the industry as a REALTOR® since 2019, and has experience in investment and income properties, flipping homes, and has been a critical part of the 3rd Base Home Team, with his wife Faith Vance since getting licensed. They share two incredible sons, and a beautiful daughter. Will enjoys music, Ohio sports teams, and he and his wife share a love of live music and concerts. If they aren't working, they are likely traveling to an Ohio State football game, or a bucket-list concert!
