Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, Our team of professionals are available 7 days a week and look forward to serving our clients. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, all owner proceeds are deposited via ACh directly into our owner’s bank account. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we are licensed with AZDRE in Arizona to buy and sell homes. We have investors at times that do sell their investment properties. And the best person to buy that home is another investor within our network. -
How and when do I get my checks?
All owner proceeds are dispersed by the 15th of the month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants pay rent through their tenant portal via ACH. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Typical leases are 1 year in length. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We charge 1x of the rent being charged. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We typically are available to take pictures and get your home listed for rent within 24 hours of an owner signing the management agreement. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage vacant long-term rental homes and condos. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Owner statements are uploaded monthly into the owner’s portal. Owners can retrieve current and historical data from their owner portal. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
3rd Base Realty holds all security deposits.
