Can you hold a place before I apply?

No, We only hold properties once we have a signed lease agreement and the earnest deposit in hand.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

Security deposit is equal to 1x of the rent. At move-in a tenant can expect to pay the first month’s rent and the security deposit.
How old do you have to be to apply?

18 years old.
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, the security deposit is refundable.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?

Tenants will have a tenant portal that they can use to pay the monthly rent.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Contact the office before you do as some breeds and pets are restrictive.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

Contact the office. We will work with you on the best path forward is for breaking the lease early.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

Contact the office in writing at least 30 days out to inform them of your pending move out.
